Ok, first take a deep breath.
No, seriously. We'll wait.
Ok, now that we've gotten that out of the way, let's go over a couple possible scenarios.
Security reasons:
All of our servers implement systems to protect against attacks. Sometimes innocent visitors get trampled under the wheels of protection, but fear not! It's a piece of cake to resolve.
If you have attempted to log into email, shell or your hosting control panel, and you entered incorrect login information 5 times in under 5 minutes, the server has added your IP address to the firewall deny list. That means that any time your IP attempts to connect to the server, it will be refused.
To resolve this issue, if you're on dial-up, simply disconnect and reconnect. You will be issued a new IP, and life will go on with no ill side effects.
If you can't retrieve a new IP address, then you need to log a trouble ticket or call us to remove your IP address from the deny list.
New accounts:
If your account is new (under 72 hours), then the problem may simply be caused by the fact that your domain name has yet to propagate. It takes up to 72 hours for a domain to become active and point to your hosting account. You should have received an email upon purchase of the hosting account explaining this and offering you alternative links to use until your domain is active.
Technical difficulties:
Hey, it happens. Something may be happening that is causing an interruption on the server that hosts your account. We should already be on it like white on rice, but to be on the safe side, we would appreciate it if you would log a trouble ticket to let us know of the issue.
